Q   Big problem here. I have mexican terra cotta tile floors. A rug pad that I used underneath an area rug has STUCK to the tile and I can't get it off. Do you think I need to strip and reseal the tile? If so, is this something I can do myself, or do I need to call a professional? I really would like to figure out a way to just clean the part that was under the rug rather that the whole floor (it's a huge room that connects to many other areas). Any thoughts????

A   Sounds like some plastizer migration. I would try wetting first.
