Technically, the word antique wood flooring is used only in connection with a product 100 years old or more. Old Growth antique salvaged hardwood means that the wood was cut 100-300 years ago and formerly used to build barns, mills or factories at that time. It has now been salvaged from these structures to be finished into wood flooring.
