Internet Explorer: Go to the TOOLS option on the Internet Explorer menu bar. Select INTERNET OPTIONS. Then select the PRIVACY tab. Click on the ADVANCED button. Then make sure the ALWAYS ALLOW SESSION COOKIES is checked.
FireFox Cookie permissions are controlled in Tools -> Options -> Privacy. Accept all cookies. You may choose to accept or block third-party cookies.
