I recently contact Charlie to arrange to have our Priest living quarters re-carpeted.  Once again, Charlie came through for us with very short notice on our part.  He was able to "fit us in” within a week of my request.  The carpeting he suggested, that we went with, is absolutely beautiful.  The installers were very professional and did not leave the job until we checked everything out and were very satisfied.  I highly recommend this company and will always use Brockport Carpet for my flooring needs.

"The day we walked in to look at carpet, Brockport Custom Carpet had us SOLD! I will never buy carpet and flooring from ANY WHERE else.

We drive 40 minutes so there are many closer options, but this company more than pleases. We have been kept informed of our order, delivery and installation. The carpet and pad are fantastic, we feel like we are walking on a cloud! The installers came at the promised time and finished when they said they would. They were clean and neat and even vacuumed! We worked closely with you to select the carpet, get everything on order, and to schedule the installation crew to get this big job done in a short period of time. We had to remove all the pews from the church after Sunday Masses.  Your crew showed up on time to tear out the old carpet/padding which was a big job! Then they immediately started laying the new carpet throughout the entire church.  They finished the job just as we planned, so we still had time to get the pews installed and anchored before our next scheduled Masses. The entire team at Brockport Carpet was a pleasure to work with!  We love our new carpet!
