I am building a new house and needed runners for staircases. I stopped by a local flooring store and got an estimate. I then found Design Expo on Angie's List. I called the store in the morning and Scott came to my house that very afternoon. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made a recommendation for the type of carpet that would wear well on high traffic stairs. His estimate was more reasonable than the first store and it was for a better quality carpet. I went to the store to pick out a color and Gene was very helpful. The installers did an excellent job. They were punctual and they cleaned up after the install really well. The carpet on the staircases looks amazing. I will be finishing the basement soon and am definitely calling Scott for the flooring. I would recommend Design Expo without reservation.

Very reasonably priced. Gene did a great job providing professional recommendations and I never felt as if I was getting pressured into anything. He was very thorough in the plan prior to beginning work and the few issues we ran into were addressed promptly (e.g. delayed materials due to the hurricane, materials not represented 100% accurately). Mr. Young (project manager) did a great job dealing with my family, addresses a plethora of questions, and making sure the installation was professional and 100% up to satisfaction.
